Goals and Objectives

The employees are responsible that the youth center’s environment is in a warm, welcoming and a clean workplace for all fellow workers, clients and customers.
The employees of the Waswanipi Youth Center office and evening projects & programs are public servants of the young perple between the ages of 13-19 years old.

The Youth Center’s employees have the responsibility to be honest and to be just, and treat all youth and people fairly.
